North Team
North Team is a training gym with a busy weekly schedule. It started as a website, grew a booking app of its own and ended up as a product: Elabook. One client, three steps, all designed and built by me.

The website
I designed and built the whole North Team site on WordPress: the gym, the coaches, the classes and a weekly schedule that reads well on a phone.
A booking app of its own
The off-the-shelf booking tool was slow and confusing for members, so I built a booking app directly into the site, with weekly limits per member, class capacity and a calendar for the coaches.
Elabook, the plugin
Once it proved itself at the gym, the booking app became Elabook: a reusable WordPress plugin that any gym or studio can install.
